Kole Finley 

Kole is a Business and Transformational Coach and Owner of Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting.  She has been a professional trainer, coach, and instructional designer for over 30 years, working with companies like Krispy Kreme, Icon LLC, Blockbuster Video, and Microsoft. 

She had the ability in 2008 to leave the corporate world and pursue a lifelong passion to work for herself.  

So in 2009 she began her career in Real Estate. In a very short time she was managing real estate firms.  Over the past 13 years, she has coached and trained over 700 real estate agents. During this time she saw a huge need in creating content to help agents reach their goals and break through the things that were holding them back.  She has designed classes for mastering Open Houses, New Agent Training, Building a Team and Becoming an Employer, Systems for a Powerful Business, and Mindset, just to name a few.   

Then in 2022 she designed and launched the ground-breaking program, 12 WEEKS TO BREAKTHROUGH.

She is Owner and Business and Transformational Coach for her own company, Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting. 

Her mission is “To conspire with people to help them see, believe, and become their highest and best selves.

Robin Keeley

Robin has been in Real Estate Since 2017. Upon moving to West Texas, she realized that she wanted a career that allowed her to contribute to society in a positive way.

Though newly back to the Phoenix area, Robin has helped the Ben Kinney Team in Midland, TX achieve unprecedented growth within a very short amount of time!  In 2021, Robin joined Finley-RE: Coaching and Consulting as the Director of Operations.

Robin leads our dedicated operations team and has a passion for seeing our entire organization succeed at the highest level. She exemplifies the Finley-RE motto - We Change Lives Everyday.

Keegan Binder

A Real Estate Coach's job description is to assist in the building of a Real Estate Business. However, it is so much more than that to me. I chose this career because I have a genuine passion for helping people. Each piece of your business I help you with comes with more than just the details. Whether it is the systems or the processes we are working on, there is always more to the memories of every transaction you help with.

My job is to protect those memories and guide you through the biggest change in your business of your life. I will be with you every step of the way, listening and educating, so that you feel confident in the decisions you're making.

My perspective on Real Estate comes from the many experiences I've had in selling Real Estate and the Education I have received along the way. My family of four moved to Phoenix from Colorado more than seven years ago. My husband, Brian, and our two sons, Kalvin and Koby, have made lasting memories in every place we have lived and I look forward to helping you discover how to help others find their memories as well.

Trena Kupper is a high-energy Real Estate Broker with a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals. She has more than 16 years experience in many different Real Estate market conditions. She brings a wealth of knowledge that only years of experience can bring. Trena puts a strong focus on great communication, skilled negotiation, and creating a successful experience for her clients.

Trena prides herself in building an experience that inspires her clients to refer their family, friends and co-workers. She’s the "go to" trusted real estate professional known to go the extra mile.

She is family oriented, married with two children, loves to cook and spend time in the outdoors.

Aaron Byrd

Aaron has been in real estate for 20+ years. First as an appraiser, then he found that using his knowledge to help people as a broker is much more rewarding…and fun. His goal is to save as many people from bad real estate experiences as possible through consulting and educating them throughout the life of ownership, not just when there’s a transaction. 


Now, taking what he’s learned over the years, he is hoping to save as many real estate brokers as possible from wasting years working in the industry with limited success. With a background in video production, he is using multiple formats to educate and encourage agents and homeowners alike to have the best possible success in real estate and in life.


When he’s not working, Aaron loves to be with family and friends, traveling, surfing, trying something new, and always dreaming of what could be. “Remember to live before you die.” is how he takes on each day.

Steve Finley

For over 25 years, Steve has been a leader in customer service.  He has led teams inside such companies as Analog Devices, Applied Materials, Amazon, and Macy's Fulfillment.  Steve has been an international corporate trainer and designed and delivered training programs in such countries as Ireland, Israel, and China.  He is an expert in operational excellence programs such as Six Sigma and 5 Whys, and he has a passion for seeing people, teams, and companies succeed at the highest level.

Isabella Angelini

Isabella graduated from Northeastern University, Boston MA in 2018. During her time at school she worked on Sales and Marketing for some of the top Tech Startups of the city. She is a team player who is a great communicator across many platforms, loves to interact with new people and learn new things. She’s very excited to be here and offer her help to all of you as our new Director of Client Engagement!
